What success looks like in this role:
Unisys Corporation is seeking someone to join the Identity and Access Management team as a PKI administrator. This position requires the candidate to reside near Eagan, MN. This role specializes in installing, configuring, and maintaining Windows-based physical and Azure or Hyper-V virtual machine servers that provide Public Key Infrastructure services. This role also ensures alignment with PKI and compliance policies and best practices. This role encompasses back-end IT support for business-critical and development-related departments and personnel, providing comprehensive services and has technical knowledge to solve complex problems. Leverage the expertise with Windows operating system and server administration to develop and deploy servers, support day-to-day system performance, prevent data loss and unauthorized access. Understands Unisys business strategy and is able to operate successfully with little supervision. You will be successful in this role if you have:
Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 4 years of professional experience; or equivalent experience required. Having wide experience, uses professional concepts and company, business unit, team, and personal objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways. Provide 3rd level support, assist in the resolution of technical issues with certificate-enabled applications such as web servers, browsers, email clients, mobile devices Provide On-Call support Create and maintain detailed documentation regarding the architecture, administration, and operation of the Unisys internal PKI, 3rd party (commercial) CA partners, and key management tools Abide by the policy requirements set forth in the Unisys PKI governing documents Leverage Hardware Security Module (HSM) technology from Unbound and Thales/nCipher, including onboard, USB, and networked systems. Performing system backups, updates, and upgrades Installing new operation systems and releases Providing instructions and training to staff when necessary Investigating and diagnosing system faults and errors Must have:
Must be a U.S. Citizen or legally authorized to work in the US. A Background Check is required MS Windows Server O/S administration experience (2012R2, 2016, 2019) X.509 digital certificates (including overall secure digital key management) for digital signature and encryption (SSL/TLS, S/MIME, Code Signing, etc.) Familiar with MS Active Directory Domain Services (Forests, domains, trusts, sites & services, DNS) Proficient with MS Active Directory Certificate Services (AD CS) Familiar with computer network topology and terminology Information security mindset (to include sensitive/proprietary data handling and protection) Technical support / Service Desk (Tier 3) experience Documentation (writing work instructions, recording process steps) Foundational knowledge of virtualization technology (Hyper-V, Azure) Nice to have:
Scripting experience (PowerShell) Veritas NetBackup administration (v8x, v9x) Foundational knowledge of database technology (MS Access, SQL, Oracle, Jet) PKI architecture, deployment, management, & administration (Microsoft implementation preferred) Knowledge of industry best practices for Windows server and PKI, to include Microsoft hardening standards Web server admin/deployment/maintenance (Microsoft IIS), to include protocols, ciphers, hashes and key exchange algorithms Network architecture, deployment, management, & administration Hardware Security Module (HSM) administration experience Auditing experience (as auditor or person/group being audited) Database administration (MS Access, SQL, Oracle, Jet) Virtualization machine deployment, administration (Hyper-V, Azure)
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
System & Network AdministrationEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
