Job summaryWe are seeking a results-oriented sales communications and operations expert to join the Amazon Ads Sales Readiness team.
The successful candidate will have broad experience in supporting the operational aspects of internal sales communications and change management as well as a deep understanding of the business needs of sales to support growth.
The candidate will be comfortable deep-diving into data and analytics, be detail-oriented, and confident in their ability to invent without a roadmap.
Our environment requires someone who is flexible, passionate about the customer and confident working with numerous stakeholders across the organization and worldwide with a considerable amount of ambiguity.
This role requires a start-up like mentality with the ability to launch complex initiatives quickly while simultaneously improving processes to help the team scale.
This individual should be able to juggle competing projects, define road maps to support the business functions, and work with the teams to solve complex problems.
This position could be located in Los Angeles, Chicago or New York City.
Key job responsibilitieso Measure and report on the effectiveness of Internal Communications and other Sales Readiness programs and initiatives through dashboards and recurring reporting mechanisms.
o Use sales and communications tools to organize data and generate deep customer insights and dashboards in order to enhance scalability and measure critical sales business functions.
This may include relevant and timely delivery of communications, grass roots education efforts, and drive adoption of key processes and selling strategies.
o Maintain scheduled deadlines and detailed status reports, and introduce processes to optimize management of initiatives across Internal Communications and the Sales Readiness team.
o Help manage and prioritize the inflow of sales communications requests from business partners and report back on their effectiveness.
o Present written recommendations and data and insights to stakeholders that will help shape effective strategies.
o Partner across Sales Readiness and the Amazon Ads organization to launch, manage and measure tools and initiatives.
