Onboarding Program Manager, Buy with Prime
Job summaryWe are open to a candidate in all Buy with Prime office hub locations - New York, Austin, Santa Monica and Seattle.
We are seeking a Sales Onboarding Program Manager to help us scale our Buy with Prime Sales Team.
This role will act as the primary owner for all things new hires as our team rapidly scales.
The role will be focused around building content, managing the onboarding program, partnering with sales managers and driving success of our new hires on a rapidly growing Sales team.
The successful candidate will have a strong execution mindset, possess the ability to take initiative to complete complex projects quickly and autonomously, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and take effective action without having to know the total picture.
The role will initially be quite tactical but over time will provide ample opportunity to provide strategy and architectural framework guidance to programs.
If you are entrepreneurial and want to build and own transformative technology-driven products, join us in making history!Key job responsibilitiesoDesign, develop, deliver and maintain high-quality and relevant training content and supporting collateral to meet the needs of our Tech Sales teamoUse industry expertise to design and implement overall ramp-up programs for employees within Tech Sales, Agency Sales, Solution Architecture and Professional Serviceso Facilitate a select number of in-person & virtual training sessions as part of the Revenue Onboarding Programo Maintain and update the self-serve educational content & resources in LMS & CMSo Work directly or indirectly with partners to develop detailed training plans with regard to training and certification o Work closely with sales manager to support them as their new joiners navigate their onboarding journeyo Coordinate schedules for Instructor-led Training events and workshops and manage event planning, working closely with partner teamo Build learning path frameworks and mechanisms to report on program progress and success o Evaluate effectiveness and propose adjustments to global programs to improve performance and ensure objectives are metThe pay range for this position in New York City is $152,100 - 205,800/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
