Marketing Operations Program Manager, Strategic Accounts Services
Job summaryStrategic Account Services (SAS) is seeking an experienced Marketing Operations Program Manager to increase productivity of our Marketing team through improved processes, automation and tools.
This individual will need to 1) collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to solve problems and 2) improve marketing performance for a rapidly expanding team and product offering.
This individual will create operational efficiencies and deliver successfully against high organizational standards.
The candidate must be a strong leader and draw upon solid analytical and critical thinking and problem-solving skills to effectively partner with internal teams (ie.
Business Intelligence (BI), Product, Sales, and Account Management).
The individual must have in-depth experience in marketing processes and tools.
They will utilize their experiences in Marketing Automation platform, Salesforce CRM system, Project Management tool, and analytics to support a world class Marketing and Sales Team.

You define and clarify business procedures and process requirements.
You understand any technologies involved in project(s) at a high level, enough to participate constructively in solution discussions and you are an advocate for the customer and for your team.
You negotiate process improvements and needed features (and their priority), distinguishing between important and urgent.
You establish milestones and drive sensible deadlines.
This role will partner with a wide array of Amazon stakeholders to manage stakeholder communication, deliverables, metrics, and other significant milestones to ensure successful and on time completion of projects supporting our delivery of new products, services and workstreams to serve our customers.
Additionally, the individual in this role is empowered to rapidly make the necessary changes to support a fast-growing organization.
This role requires an individual who can create new tools, resources, and mechanisms that support Marketing and our partner teams as we grow our Services and Product offerings to a larger set of Sellers.
A day in the lifeIn this role you will:
o Develop and implement processes and mechanisms to ensure on-time delivery of projects across Marketing and Sales operationso Serve as air traffic control for inbound marketing requests.
Identify, prioritize, drive and track marketing projects and campaignso Manage intake queue, prioritization process, and maintenance of stack-ranko Proactively communicate status of projects initiatives to stakeholders, including scope, success criteria, dependencies, and riskso Monitor project schedules and address issues proactively; seek ways to solve independently or escalateo Analyze data to identify issues, develop solutions and measure improvements to drive ongoing efficiencies.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
