The Product and Sales Specialist (PSS) organization represents the voice of the customer back to the Ads Product orgs, and serves as business owners for delivering on customer outcomes through the adoption of product solutions.
This is a globally focused team that interacts with the Product org, producing a stack-ranked set of Global Sales priorities, and influencing product requirements, roadmap decisions, and trade-offs.
They also develop and implement global GTM strategies and sales plays in order to drive adoption and advertiser maturity.
In this role, you will be a bridge between our sales and product organizations to drive against revenue and adoption goals for advertising on Amazon's FireTV, Fire Tablet, and other emerging devices or apps.
You will work with sales to understand the unique needs of our advertisers, consolidate these insights and work with product to ensure the product roadmap aligns with your customers' needs.
You will partner with sales leadership to establish the right goals, track these goals, and build/execute sales tactics to deliver against these goals.
To be successful, the right candidate will thread the needle between diving deep to understand business problems (through customer interviews and analytical rigor) and earning trust with partner teams and across the sales organization to implement their solutions.

More specifically, you will:
Key job responsibilitieso Develop, prioritize, and implement measurable GTM initiatives and sales plays, both for existing capabilities and new ones (e.
g.
betas, launches).
o Use a combination of both scaled and direct sales engagement to drive product solution adoption by executing known working GTM initiatives to relevant advertiser segments.
o Articulate the voice of the customer and Sales back to the global Ads Product organization, to define product development priorities that set global direction for Ad Sales go-to-market.
o Collaborate regularly with worldwide Product, Sales, and Sales Specialist teams in order to influence roadmap decisions.
o Partner with Product Marketing, Insights, and other relevant teams to develop Sales and Marketing narratives.
o Develop product-specific sales training to enable sellers to confidently and effectively represent our products in-market.
o Analyze sales activity and product data to surface trend and to inform new GTM initiatives or product opportunities.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
