Sales Specialists are product experts who sit in-region and will be dedicated to ad product groups, in this role the Specialist will work with the Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams to drive growth and adoption of an emerging ad product portfolio of OOH.
Sales Specialists deploy a combination of both scaled and direct customer support.
Sales Specialists execute known working sales plays and innovate through advertiser specific solutions in partnership with Sales account teams.
Amazon's OOH ads program is a fast-growing segment of our business, and offers opportunities for advertisers to showcase their products via On Package Advertising across Amazon boxes and delivery bags, as well as in-store signage.
The ideal candidate is experienced in the OOH/Experiential landscape and able to employ long-term strategies as well as tactical action plans to deliver against expectations.
As an OOH Specialist, you will think big and invent new ways of working that revolutionize how Amazon and advertisers interact.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a consultative style that focuses on developing long term, customer relationships.
You will be a dynamic professional, possess an analytical mind-set and be comfortable with both sales and data.
In order to succeed in this role, you will have a keen intuition, be supremely knowledgeable about the advertising space and a thoughtful, confident presenter of your ideas internally and externally.

In this role, this individual is responsible to:
Use a combination of both scaled and direct engagement to drive product solution adoption by executing known working sales plays.
Articulate the voice of the customer and Sales back to the global Ads Product organization, to define product development priorities that set global direction for Ad Sales go-to-market.
Collaborate regularly with other Amazon Ad Sales teams, including Sales and Account Management, to deliver solutions for advertisers to help them grow their business.
Customize and deploy GTM strategies and sales plays, both for existing capabilities and new ones (e.
g.
betas, launches).
