Responsibilities:
Interacting with tenants and vendors.
Data entry and filing.
Posting notices and doing errands.
Rent collection.
Drafting correspondences.
-Requirements Include:
Good problem-solving and customer service skills and the ability to stay organized.
Good verbal and written skills.
Be proficient in Word/Excel.
Have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
A high school diploma/GED or equivalent work experience.
Successful completion of a background check.
