Director, Internal Communications
As the Director of Internal Communications, you will develop internal communication strategies to inform, engage, and align employees. From brainstorming to execution, you will foster employee engagement and community among Red Bull's workforce. You will give the creative freedom to bring internal concepts to life that align with Red Bull's culture and values. The Director of Internal Communications will work with senior leaders and stakeholders across all departments to ensure consistent and impactful messaging.RESPONSIBILITIESAreas that play to your strengthsAll the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
INTERNAL COMMSProduce a frequent platform (e.g., Newsletter) with the latest company happenings, driving viewership, employee spotlights, celebrating wins, sharing benefits updates, and pitching and developing new features/ways to engage with employees.Oversee the development of communication materials from start to finish:
Secure content Handle quarterly updates Write and Editing Organize into newsletters or other forms Distribute across the organization Be a communications advisor and coach to senior leaders, providing guidance on communication best practices and helping them deliver impactful messages.Write CEO and executive messaging and all-organization memos.Manage all execution elements to ensure everyone receives information (calendar invites, Newsflash alerts, quarterly updates).Produce quarterly all-org meetings/recorded messages led by the Leadership Team, including outlining highlights, writing scripts, scheduling content reviews with executives, and hiring and overseeing production crews and elements.Primary contact across the organization for all news that needs to be shared companywide.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and latest communication technologies to ensure we remain at the forefront of internal communications practices.Manage the budget for the internal communications team and ensure resources are allocated effectively. PROJECT MANAGEMENTDesign the full company roll-out of long-term communications strategies ensuring total support and adoption from the entire organization.Lead A/V production needs associated with the Business Plan process (i.e., recordings, live streams, highlights reel production for specific meetings).Oversee the development of all internal press materials and assets. years of internal comms experience at a large brand with multiple units to communicate across in a leadership role Bachelor's degree in Communications, marketing, or related field; Master's degree Experience developing internal communications strategies that support organizational objectives Maintain relationships across the entire organization for good stories to share and highlight. Work with company partners, executive leadership, and external partners Credible interest in the world of Red
and understanding the brand voice. Experience with project management and can work with numbers (budget management) but is also incredibly creative and loves pitching new ideas and pushing boundaries. Manage production teams and stay on track. Experience bringing employees together through internal comms.
