Provide high level support to team of investment and operating professionals Manage and mentor 2 administrative support staff Manage multiple calendars; schedule complex meetings Answer incoming calls and route accordingly Schedule conference calls, web meetings, and video conferences Manage complex travel needs for team members; prepare itineraries and necessary documents Process expense reports Manage attendance records for team members Meeting room set-up/clean up Manage supply orders and kitchen stock Oversee day to day office needs Manage overall appearance of office, repairs and maintenance Work with IT team to ensure technical needs are met, including assistance with troubleshooting and hardware setups Approve invoices related to general office needs, repairs, maintenance, and vendors Build strong working relationships with building management and vendors Manage office facilities including furniture purchases and office improvements Assist and provide back-up coverage for admin team members Complete various projects as needed General knowledge of Riverside's business, portfolio companies and who's who within and outside of the firm.
Requirements and Desired Skills Minimum five years of experience in a professional office environment College degree preferred Strong interpersonal skills; ability to interact with a variety of individuals within and outside of the firm Ability to maintain consistency and confidentiality Pro-active self-starter who can anticipate needs Strong organizational skills Ability to prioritize; excellent time management skills Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with accuracy Ability to work independently Proficient MSOffice skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Professional demeanor Punctual and dependable Energetic Team Player Positive Can Do attitude Job Status Exempt Reporting Structure Reports to Director, Global Talent Management Compensation:
Riverside offers a competitive total rewards package with a salary range of $100,000-$110,000 (depending on experience) plus annual bonuses, robust benefits, and generous Paid Time Off (PTO).
Office Location Santa Monica, CA (Hybrid).
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
