Production Coordinator, Seller External Relations
Amazon is seeking a Production Coordinator to join the growing Strategic Storytelling Unit within the Sellers External Relations team.
The Production Coordinator, will be integral to supporting and executing effective video production processes while building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
They will responsible for a high volume of tasks including organization of video production documents, stories, and production data tracking as well calendar and travel management, story tracking and research.
The Production Coordinator's primary responsibilities will include tracking and processing finance contracts and documents and legal approvals, liaising between production companies, trouble-shooting production issues and supporting the needs of producers and post-production.
In addition, the Production Coordinator will organize seller stories, deliverables and other creative assets for distribution as well as compiling and storing production documents (e.
g.
contracts, call sheets, calendars, reports and schedules).
They will also may be tasked with research projects and/or coordinating small photo and video shoots, while arranging travel plans and itineraries.
