Sr. TPM

In this role you will be responsible for scoping and delivering large technical projects end-to-end.
Responsibilities include collection of business requirements from customers, writing specifications, driving project schedules from design to release, and managing the production launch.
You will lead and coordinate design and implementation efforts across internal and external teams to develop new solutions and better customer experiences.
The right candidate will have successfully managed multi-discipline, highly technical project initiatives; will have a well-rounded technical background in software development and machine learning; and be a good writer.
You'll be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment, and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities.
You can develop and drive high-level strategic initiatives and ensure teams are focused on the right tasks to get the job done.

As a Sr.
TPM, you will anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade-offs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints.
An ability to take large, complex projects and break them down into manageable pieces, develop functional specifications, then deliver them in a timely manner.
Key job responsibilities- Manage cross-team and cross-organization delivery of long-term customer-facing programs- Work with the product management and engineering team to identify technical requirements, limitations, and bottlenecks- Create the strategy for, and manage, customer facing feedback programs- Meet with internal and external customers to understand future requirements- Build, integrate, and maintain reporting for areas of responsibility within existing reporting schemes and mechanisms.
Where required, implement new reporting.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders in multiple business and technical teams to define and deliver on agreed upon milestones.
Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs Plan and coordinate events including facilitation and action item management.
- Develop, Own, and report on:
program goals, performance, efficacy and efficiency to a variety of stakeholders across different technical domains and at varying cadences (weekly / monthly / quarterly) for area of responsibility.
About the teamThe Sponsored Products Marketplace Intelligence Team makes real-time decisions on quantity, quality and placement of SP ads to deliver an efficient and customized shopping experience for shoppers.
Our mission is to ensure that Amazon is continuously serving the optimal allocation of ads.
We're responsible for determining how many ads to place on the page, where to place them, and which ads to show.
We do this by building machine learning solutions that customize ads on the search page while responding to changes in shopper behavior.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
