We are seeking a highly skilled Sr.
Quality Assurance Engineer (Sr.
QAE) to join our team.
This role is critical in ensuring the highest standards of quality for our product and services, with a focus on test automation.
As a Sr.
QAE, you will be responsible to innovate and drive new Quality initiatives, establish test frameworks and processes, find ways to leverage and scale to deliver without compromising quality and efficiency, establish quality metrics and best practices.
You will lead by example as a quality leader who is customer obsessed, thinks big and delivers result without compromising the quality.
Custom Advertising is a growing area within Amazon.
Rewarded Ads is a key part of this space.
We have high potential to identify opportunities for new ad products, experiment, incubate and scale the most successful ideas.
Our products change the way advertisers interact with Amazon Advertising.

Key job responsibilities- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and cases, ensuring thorough coverage and attention to detail.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify, document, and resolve defects.
- Continuously update and improve testing methodologies, tools, and processes to ensure best practices.
- Isolate, document, regress, and track bugs through resolution- Analyze test results, prepare test reports, and track quality metrics to inform management decisions.
- Stay abreast of new technologies and testing tools, applying this knowledge to improve our testing practices.
- Advocate for quality standards and processes, influencing peers and stakeholders to foster a quality-centric culture across the organization.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
