Senior Ops Manager - Marketing

The Senior Manager Operations Support will perform project management, requirements gathering, testing, training and documentation for any task that interfaces with the Operations organization.
Tasks & Activities
Provide risk mitigation, cost savings and project management services, to allow the balance of the Operations Support team to focus on their core responsibilities and foster business development.
Support other departments in an Operations capacity on new initiatives and specific inquiries.
BS Degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience.
Previous super-user level experience with a robust OMS/CRM system.
Experience with a direct-marketing and/or multi-level marketing company is a distinct plus.
Highly detail oriented and organized, with well-developed time management skills.
Must be able to self-manage and operate with minimal supervision and handle assignments that are complex and urgent in nature.
Fully conversant with Microsoft Office applications, specifically MS Excel, MS Word and MS Access.
Ability to assess business landscape and pull issues to positive resolution.
Manage multiple unrelated tasks, and prioritize in the best interest of the business.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
