Finance Manager
Summary:
This position calls for an individual to serve as a Finance Manager at Appetize. We feel as though this is a great opportunity for an experienced company finance professional to step into a startup atmosphere and institute/consult the company on many finance matters. This person will be able to leverage their existing experience and impart that expertise on this rapidly growing tablet Point of Sale company.
Job Duties:
Manage all transactions, billing, and reports via Quickbooks Online.
Work with current distributors to ensure that appropriate hardware is ordered for clients.
Facilitate company expenses via Concur
Manage companies accounts receivables/payables
Work directly with partners on projections and forecasting for the company (monthly financials, employment allocation, expense management)
Customer service & software support ticket facilitation. Provide live online support via phone, email and chat.

Proficent in Quickbooks & Concur, Internal Communications, Informing Others, Good Verbal Communication skills
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
