***Experienced Real Estate Bookkeeper/Controller
This major west side RE house is looking for an accomplished Bookkeeper who can jump in and get the ball rollingmust have the following experience.

fluency in QuickBooks ( we use the online version ) or similar accounting software ,understanding of how to use income ,expense,bank,loans,and credit card accounts.
The ability to correctly categorize income and expenses under a chart of accounts,the ability to differentiate between our landlords and our vendors ,experienced in commissions income and disbursement, or a strong aptitude for learning these skills.
Comfortable managing books for multiple entities ( it's primarily the company ) with minor secondary accounts.
Know how to properly balances when to take action or make a decision with knowing when to seek help or to raise an issue.
College degree is highly preferredfull benefits are offered with a starting salary to $90K D.
