Loan Specialist
Our Client is a young and fast growing Silicon Beach FinTech Company seeking a dynamic Loan Specialist to join there team. Located in the heart of Silicon Beach in Santa Monica, If you are looking to be challenged and want to work in an exciting environment, we want to meet you.
You will be supporting there both our current and prospective clients and will wear many hats within our company. Customer service and an ability to sell our products (no cold calling) is paramount for this position and we are looking for a professional people person with a strong work ethic. If you would like to develop a career in the financial services industry and help build a premier lending company, XPRS will teach you the financial products and skills to succeed.

Qualifications
3-5 years of work in Sales / Customer Service experience
Experience in financial services industry is a plus but not required
Excellent communication skills
Entrepreneurial spirit and positive attitude
Self-motivation and goal-orientation
Strong organizational, time management and follow-through skills
Desire to continually learn new products and services
Proficiency in MS Office:
Word, Excel, and PowerPointEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
