Strategic Account and Business Manager, New Initiative

Do you want to join a dynamic, entrepreneurial team responsible for driving a brand new start-up business? Our Los Angeles team is standing up a new business, and during our first full year of operations we are focused on identifying the combination of levers that allows us to rapidly grow and scale our business and provide a world-class experience for our Customers.
We are looking for a customer-obsessed Account and Business Manager to own growing a segment of the business by optimizing and growing newly-acquired accounts, as well as developing and defining new business processes that can be scaled nationwide.
The ideal candidate will be analytical and able to identify trends, derive insights, collect feedback, and design scalable solutions to increase our customer engagement and participation in our program.
Additionally, part of this role will involve identifying new opportunities to identify improvements to our products, internal tools, and processes in order to drive efficiency and scale across internal teams and to grow our business with external Customers.
With this being a new business with a physical presence, the role will also involve spending time in the field with customers, deep diving their business requirements and understanding their pain points, so that our team can use that information to redefine our complete product offering.

Key Responsibilities Include:
Analyze trends, diagnose root cause of performance, and create actionable plans for operational and business improvements.
Define a portfolio, opportunities and goals (Input/Output), and managing against a goaled growth plan.
Conduct deep dive analysis on issues affecting business performance and provide the Voice of the Customer as an input into product development and process improvement.
Implement account development best practices and SOPs into the business development framework.
Become a thought leader in defining success criteria and understand business needs of portfolio businesses in an ever-changing business environment.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
