Compile, review and process all vendor invoices in a timely manner including obtaining proper approvals based on authority matrix, coding invoices to proper accounts and cost centers, and entering invoices into our accounting software.
Issue payments on a weekly basis for approved vendor invoices.
Compile and code vendor invoices related to corporate card purchases.
Post customer payments by capturing cash receipts and entering them into the general ledger or accounting software Prepare check deposits for bank; totaling and recording the deposit amounts and filling out deposit slips.

years of experience in an AP/AR role 2
Years' Experience with entering transactions (journals, bills, invoices) into an accounting software or ERP Has completed reconciliations and is able to understand the objective of each reconciliation.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently, problem solve and be detail oriented.
